BoatTrail not collect personal information unless it is voluntarily provided. By completing and sending personal and proprietary information, or sending an e-mail, you agree that we store  personal data in a file of Malot vzw.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is inapplicable or contrary to a mandatory provision of law, this inapplicability the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions not affect. These Terms of Use and your use of the website is governed by Belgian law. Any disputes arising out of or otherwise related to this website shall be submitted to a competent court in Ghent or Zomergen.
